You'll receive personalized guidance from experienced New York model agents and photographers to create professional digitals, videos, and portfolio images that showcase your unique potential.

Step 3: Join The Directory

Once your session is complete, your images, videos, and measurements will be added to The Directory Talent database, where they can be viewed by agencies, scouts, and casting directors worldwide.

Step 4: Agency Introductions & Representation

The Directory Talent serves as a platform designed to connect aspiring talent with agencies, scouts, and casting directors around the world.

When a model is placed with an agency through introductions made by The Directory Talent, that agency will become the model's mother agency and will oversee the development and management of their career. 

While introductions and submissions are part of our process, representation and bookings are ultimately subject to each agency's and client's selection decisions.

The Directory Talent is an international scouting and development platform created to connect agencies with promising new faces from around the world.

Our talent database provides agencies and casting directors with access to professionally prepared models who have been personally developed and evaluated by experienced New York agents.

Agencies have access to our roster of talent and can contact us directly regarding the models they are interested in representing. We facilitate the introduction and placement process to ensure a smooth and efficient scouting experience for both the agency and the talent.

Once a model is placed with an agency through The Directory Talent, that agency becomes the model's mother agency. Following placement, the model will be removed from our website and database.
