The Directory Talent was founded by industry professionals with more than 25 years of experience working with some of New York's leading modeling agencies.
After decades of developing talent and building relationships with agencies, scouts, photographers, and casting directors around the world, we recognized that many aspiring models lacked access to the guidance and industry connections needed to begin their careers.
We created The Directory Talent to bridge that gap.
Our mission is to provide aspiring talent of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds with professional development, industry education, and access to opportunities through our global network of agencies and casting professionals.
By combining personalized coaching with international scouting and representation, The Directory Talent offers a unique pathway designed to help new faces gain exposure and navigate the modeling industry with confidence.
